Since
brewing from new premises in Redruth we have brewery
equipment for sale. Pictured above is some of what's
available. It comprises a complete 5 barrel plant with
control panel, two fermentation tanks and cooler. Included
is a steam cleaner with a specially modified lance for cleaning
casks. There are also fifty stainless steel casks available,
At
the moment the control panel and heating element in the copper
are wired for single phase electricity supply which would
be ideal for a pub wishing to become a brew pub. However
it can easily be converted to three phase if required.
Our head brewer can teach you how to use the equipment if
you need the help. Price £15,000 negotiable.

(4% ABV) - A dry, refreshing bitter, full of flavour,
with a strong, lingering, hoppy taste.

(4.9% ABV) - Full-bodied with a robust and rounded, malty
flavour and a long, bitter-sweet finish.

(5% ABV) - A light , golden beer with a subtle blend of
four different hops, and a clean, dry, distinctive taste.
